1 General Provisions

bdkkk (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "us") operates an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between bdkkk and the user ("you" or "member").

It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms. By accessing the bdkkk website or app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms must be read together with bdkkk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. Those documents are considered an integral part of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To open an account and use the platform at bdkkk, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is only for those aged 21 or older.
• You are operating the account in your own personal capacity and legally.
• You are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using this type of service under the applicable laws of any country.
• You have not previously been banned from bdkkk, whether at your own request or ours.

Age Verification Process

bdkkk may request documents for age and identity verification at any time. bdkkk reserves the right to restrict account activity until verification is complete. It is strictly prohibited for an adult to operate an account on behalf of a minor.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each individual may hold only one bdkkk account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device is strictly prohibited.

Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• You must use your real name and identity details.
• If your account information changes, you must notify bdkkk support.
• It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password secure.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.

Account Transfer

Transferring, selling, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bdkkk supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and banking methods.

Supported Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals at bdkkk are currently available through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

Transaction Rules

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods registered to your account. Transactions from third-party payment accounts are not accepted. Deposits may require confirmation before they can be used for betting.

bdkkk complies with anti-money laundering regulations. Additional documents may be requested to verify suspicious transactions, and transactions may be temporarily placed on hold.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bdkkk provides various bonuses and promotional offers for members. Each offer has its own conditions, which are described in detail on the relevant offer page.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must complete wagering of 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be completed before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are valid for use within a specified time period.
• It may not be possible to activate another bonus while one is already active.
• If a bonus is active, the deposited amount also cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• bdkkk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, false information, or artificial betting patterns to exploit the bonus system is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, bdkkk may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports betting, casino games, slots, and live games are available on the bdkkk platform. Additional rules specific to each section may apply.

Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless bdkkk explicitly provides a cash-out option.
• bdkkk reserves the right to review bets that were settled incorrectly due to a technical error.
• bdkkk may void bets placed at odds or payouts that were clearly erroneous.

Game Results

All game results are determined through verifiable random number generators (RNG) or live dealer technology. bdkkk works with third-party game providers to ensure fair play.

Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during a game, bdkkk will attempt to restore the game to its previous state where possible. However, if this is not possible due to technical reasons, the bet may be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on bdkkk. Violation of these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Fraud, hacking, software manipulation, or use of unauthorized automation tools.
• Creating artificial betting patterns with the intent to abuse the bonus system or promotions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other members.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Attempting transactions outside of approved payment methods.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

bdkkk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• When clear evidence of a breach of these Terms is found.
• When fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
• When identity or age verification has not been completed.
• Due to regulatory or legal requirements.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets must be settled before the account is closed, and you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance.

9 Responsible Gaming

bdkkk is deeply committed to responsible gambling. We believe that recreational betting should be enjoyed in a safe and controlled environment.

• You are provided with the option to set deposit limits, betting limits, or session limits.
• A self-exclusion option is available, either temporarily or permanently.

• Losses due to unauthorized access to your account, where your own negligence was a contributing factor.

12 Changes to Terms
